Personally, I've come a long way in my own fitness and lifestyle journey. Through my own journey, I've fallen in love with the process of becoming. Becoming someone through the process of training. As an athlete myself, I strive to help others reach their own edge of endurance whether starting their fitness journey or wanting to push to new edges.
